Researchers are provided free access to public information of documents, archival certificates and databases. The archives contain documents created in course of university activities and provide them to users in accordance with the specified topic of the research.

University Archives Reading Room works:

every Wednesday from  9.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

break from 1-2 p.m.

  1. Relation.

Users are allowed to work with documents on the basis of letters to the head of the University Archives from the directors of the institutions the researcher studies or works in. The letters must contain the following information: first name, last name, patronymic, post, academic degree, academic title, topic, aim, chronological framework of the research. Some citizens that are not working and not studying, are allowed to work with documents taking their written statements and having the permission from the head of institution that creates funds.

  1. User’s application.

Before working in the reading room the users are supposed to fill in user’s application (pdf.) and present their identity.

  1. Order.

University Archives Documents are provided to users on the basis of a written order of established form (pdf.)
